Fall 2026 Tryouts
Monday Aug 10 - Friday Aug 14th
Tryouts will be held at Winnemac Stadium at Amundsen High School (5105 N Leavitt St)
You must submit your student’s athletic physical form - it is a requirement for tryouts.
Please bring appropriate footwear, shinguards, and water bottles. Physicals must be submitted prior to tryouts; you will not be allowed to participate until a valid physical is on file. This is a closed tryout. Parents are not allowed inside Winnemac Stadium during tryouts.
Monday, August 10th
12:15-3:15pm: Freshmen/Sophomore tryouts for players who were not on JV/Varsity last season
Pool 1, Pool 2, and Pool 3 for freshmen/sophomore tryouts will be created by the end of Day 1
5:30-7:30pm -Junior and Senior tryouts and returning JV/Varsity players from last season
Tuesday, August 11th
CANCELLED due to weather 12:15-3:15pm: Freshmen/Sophomore tryouts: Pool 2 and Pool 3 ONLY
5:30-7:30pm: JV/Varsity Tryouts
Wednesday, August 12th:
12:00pm-3:15pm: Delayed start due to weather: 1:15pm - 3:15pm
Freshmen/Sophomore tryouts: Pool B and Pool C ONLY (preliminary cuts will be made)
5:30pm-7:30pm: JV/Varsity Tryouts (preliminary cuts will be made)
Thursday, August 13th
12:00pm-2:00pm: JV/Varsity Tryouts
2:00pm - 5:00pm: Freshmen/Sophomore tryouts: Pool A
Friday, August 14th
12:00pm-2:00pm: JV/Varsity Practice
2:00pm-5:00pm: Finalize Fresh/Soph teams
